[2022] Daily quests - missing from log, Reda 1 quest, enemies dont respawn

I have a multiple problems with the daily quest:

1. some quests don't reset - that means when you have cleared an area before or have wiped out the wagons they do not respawn. I have "saved" multiple times a hostage in an empty village or when I reach the area where you have whipe out the wagons the quest is instantly solved because there are no wagons respawning
2. Quests do not show up in quest log - sometimes after accepting both daily quest, the quest will not be shown in the questlog. So that means I can only solve one quest.
3. Reda only has one quest every second day - I am not sure if it was supposed to be so that reda only has one quest at some point of the game, but since I have above 1000 of the opals I have noticed that I only get one daily quest from Reda per day.

Today I had only one quest and this quest was also not listed in the questlog... 

Has anyone else noticed the same problems? I am a bit upset as Ubisoft wants to sell a second season pass and still have not fixed the game until now...
