[2022] Seige of Paris not showing up

I am at a power level if over 500 I completed all of England and Ireland and Finland and all the other territories. I purchased the Seige of Paris through the ubisoft online store yesterday I have rebooted my system several times. I had an update today that lasted over 45 minutes. The store shows that I purchased the Siege of Paris. However I do not find anybody in the guest house. In fact the guest house isn't built yet and I'm not allowed to build it. How do I get into the siege of Paris? There aren't any other updates on my Xbox one queue.
