Lastly, can you also send us screenshots of your armor inventory? Once we have the images, we'll be able to look into this further for you. Cheers!

@DenotiveLily764 You unlock the Death Jarl chest piece by other means, you don't buy it like the other pieces. Mine unlocked after I had bought everything else at the shop, but I had also completed the new mode (defeated the last boss) so it is one or the other (buy everything or defeat the new game mode, or both), definitely isn't a bug.
