[2022] Key does not spawn in the quest 'Into the Fog'

I'm also sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues collecting the key in the quest 'Into the Fog'.

I can confirm that this issue was reported previously and was marked as fixed with update 1.5.1.

I have reopened the issue and forwarded your details on to the development team to investigate the issue again.

Hi @Dom14899 the development team have been unable to reproduce this issue.

Could you please provide a video that demonstrates it.

I would recommend uploading your video to a video sharing platform such as YouTube, you can then copy the URL link into this thread. 

In the video we would need to see the following:

• That you have the latest update (1.6.0) installed. This can be seen on the main screen before you load your save.
• Go to the location, use your Odin sight and show that there is no key.
• Go into your inventory to show you have not collected the key.

Can you also create a new manual save at that specific location and upload it to the cloud.

I'm so sorry that you're also having an issue where the key doesn't spawn correctly and you're not able to unlock the cage. If you haven't yet, would you mind giving the steps in our guide here a try and seeing if they help fix this? If the issue persists, can you provide a video like @Ubi-Keo described above? Having a video will help us understand the issue better and also allows us to pass it along to the dev team to help with their investigation. Once you have the video, please upload it to a website like YouTube as Public or Unlisted and share the link here.

Sadly, with Post-Launch support for Assassin's Creed Valhalla coming to an end, the development team is unable to address this particular issue. 

We are still passing feedback onto the development team, so please let us know if anyone wishes to add anything.
