This game is unplayable.

I had this issue when the game was released, and years on I install again naively thinking perhaps things have been patched but no, game crashes in every session and the support page is now non-existent. I can't even submit a ticket. Great service, I have been buying these games since #1 but no longer.

I've followed every guide to try and fix the issue seeing as Ubisoft can't be bothered and nothing works.

Our Support-Website is open, and you can submit a ticket by visiting this website. Before you do, however, I'd recommend trying the troubleshooting from the following help article.
If the issue isn't resolved, I'd suggest opening the ticket and providing us with your Msinfo and Dxdiag files, so we can immediately take a look at your configuration.
