Thanks for the feedback! As a completionist who likes to collect and upgrade weapons, I agree that things can get a bit difficult while trying to max out multiple gear pieces at the same time. I've forwarded your idea to development so that they can look into it and see if it's possible to introduce it to the game, thanks again!

As DuskDragon56496 pointed out, the horse is a part of a mini quest in the settlement. Since this is working as intended, I'll lock the thread now as resolved. However, if you start encountering more of those peculiar horses in the wild or any other issues with them, definitely do let us know so that we can investigate what kind of plague is underway
