[2022] There is no Anarchist defectors events in 15.1 Patch?

I have submitted this to the Anno team for further investigation. To assist in their investigation can I ask any affected players to submit a link to their save file(s) where this quest/event has not yet been triggered when previously it would likely have been already before patch 15.1.

By default you can locate your save file path here:
