Are you only finding this to be the case for these specific modifiers / Caribou Hunting Cabin?
Or all buildings?

For the purpose of our investigation, in order to isolate the Issue, can you let us know if mods are active on the save currently used ?
This will help check if the statistics were affected by a potential conflict.
