Just got a High Life visitor, in a map where the High Life DLC is not active.

Hey @SirHarryPierce, thanks for getting through to us and apologies about the delayed response from our team - seems like this may have been slightly overlooked.

I've had a closer look at this and wasn't able to identify any similar reports, therefore for reproduction purposes, is there any chance you could share your save file with us where issue is present?
