@yecats131 Thank you for sharing that information! I am sorry to hear that the crashing is now occurring for you as well. Do you have any background applications running when trying to play Anno 1800?
@yecats131 @JWoody907 Thank you both for your reply. @vtwelver mentioned above that starting the game in offline load prevented the game crashing for them.
Can you test this please? It will indicate how we can proceed from here.
