I have completed the story quest "The Great Exhibition" and gotten the achievement "DLC: The Queen's Favour".
Yet the Portrait of Oliveira is still locked for me.

I have already tried restarting the game and Ubisoft Connect, as well as logging off and on; and verifying the game files. I have the achievement unlocked, but the reward is still locked for me.

@koiimann

Hey there.

This issue should have been resolved via a previous update. However unfortunately it is not retroactive which means that the Great Exhibition would need to be completed again, if you have a previous save you can load to complete it once again it should unlock for you. If however this is not the case please let us know and we'll pass this on to the team for further investigation. Thanks.

Thanks for testing that, @KoIImann. Apologies for the delay in our response!

Could you please send a screenshot confirming the completion of the story quest so I can take a look?

@soldierher0 Hello there.

Glad to hear starting a new campaign seems to have fixed this issue with the locked portrait for you.

Our team are currently investigating other cases of portraits remaining locked after completing the necessary requirements. Once we have more news on this, it will be posted in our News and Announcements section here.

Many thanks.
