[2022] Town Hall item "Poster of the Leader" disappeared

We have an update from the ANNO team. In order to see Poster of the Leader you will need to have Hugo Mercier in your setup.

Can you and @Acidello please confirm if you both have Hugo?

So just to make sure we're on the same page, just as you're able to search through Town Hall Items, would you like to possibly have another tick-box added to the list where all the the remaining, yet not available items would appear (along with descriptions outlining which NPCs they relate to), is that right? I'm more than happy to forward this over however want to make sure I understand you correctly .
