@sjeggy Gotcha, thanks for providing that information. Could you give the steps in this FAQ a try to see if the visual issue goes away?

Should the issue persist, please go ahead and create a support case and upload your system files. Feel free to update this thread once those files are sent.

Hey @sjeggy , thanks for coming back to us about this.

I can see from the first screenshot that you shared that there does indeed seem to be an issue with the game. For this reason, Ubi-Mushy has shared one of our troubleshooting guides with you - here's the link once more. In particular from that guide, please make sure you've updated your graphics drivers and operating system, you've verified the game files, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game. 

If that doesn't work, please see this article describing a couple of system files, and let me know once you've got them prepared - I'll be able to create a support ticket you can use to securely send them across to us, and then use them to help diagnose the issue.

@sjeggy Sorry to hear that. When you came through on chat it did create a support ticket and I can see that we have already escalated this case to the game team for further investigation.
