TransportCount Tooltip not showing on Old World and Cape Trelawney for Warehouses and Harbor Warehouses.

I tested this on vanilla with 0 mods active:
-On Old World and Cape Trelawney tooltip simply doesnt show.
-On all other maps (New World, Africa, Arctic) tooltip does show.

I enabled all my mods again:
-On all maps the tooltip doesnt show.

I pinpoint the mod causing this seemingly vanilla bug to expand to other maps:
Its a mod that increases so warehouses allow more transporters to be served.

None of this was an issue on GU11 when I last tested this, I could play on either vanilla, or with this mod to increase transporter count, and the tooltip would always show no matter what.
However, now I'm testing this on GU16.1, and even in vanilla with 0 mods the tooltip is bugged for Old World and Cape Trelawney, and if I use a mod to increase the transporter count all of a sudden the tooltip is bugged on all maps.

So clearly whatever Ubisoft did to change how this tooltip behaves recently has caused this tooltip to be bugged.

And I will repeat, this is NOT an issue caused by mods, clearly something is wrong in vanilla too since its not even showing up on Old World and Cape there either, but I find it interesting that editing all of a sudden makes it bugged on all other maps as well.

Following the trail of GUIDs of this tooltip to figure out what controls it to maybe fix it was a lost cause, this tooltip is likely hardcoded and modders cannot access it, closest I got was:

But then the trail just came to a dead stop, no clue where >5496< leads.

I've taken note of your report, and I wanted to thank you for all the details provided about this Issue with the warehouses tooltip !

In order to isolate the part of the Issue that happens when no mods are active, can you let us know if it still happens after checking the game files for anything corrupted or missing ?

If you have not already, I would really appreciate if you could open a support ticket via email for this bug on the support website for us.

On the ticket, if you could please include all the steps you've taken to reach the bug, any troubleshooting you've done, your save file and also attach the screenshots or videos of the bug appearing in game that would be super helpful, so our teams can investigate this.

@IIAc3sII If this bug happens to occur on the same save game file where your previously mentioned bug shows up, please feel free to include a description of it and some more screenshots on the case I have already opened for you.

@IIAc3sII Thank you for the time you are spending on forums / testing bugs in order to improve the game experience for ANNO 1800, we really appreciate it.

We asked you to include a description and some screenshots in the case we opened for you so that the game team will be able to review it and investigate more with the additional information provided.

I've taken note of your messages, as well as your feedback, and I wanted to thank you for all the details provided !

As mentioned by @Asterix201252, tickets will be used when we need to gather files that have to be shared privately, such as system reports.

The Ubisoft Discussions will help gather reports about Issues, as well as help Players share workarounds for example.

@Mevelios As you mentioned having sent system reports in the thread about the Flak emplacement Issue, a new ticket to gather those files is not necessary.

Regarding our investigation into the Issue with warehouses, a copy of the save file where the problem is happening will help isolate the problem.

Don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions, or if there's anything else we can help you with !
