when i click to play game it starts and stay like this for ever, nothing happening

Please can you check through the steps in this article and see if there's anything you haven't tried yet, as we just need to rule out any of the most common causes of issues on PC first of all.

Another good thing to try is to close Ubisoft Connect, go to your cache folder in your Ubisoft Connect directory and rename your cache folder to something like "cachebackup". Then see if you still have an issue.

If you still have issues after these steps, please can you provide your system specs too?

For privacy, I've removed your screenshot, but can see you're above the game's requirements.

To allow us to further investigate as to why it isn't launching, please could you open a case via our Support Site and attach your DxDiag and MSinfo support files?

With those we can take a closer look.

Hey there,

I'm not seeing any open cases on this account you're speaking to us on at the moment. Unless you opened the case from a different account?

Either way I have now opened a case for you. Please check my cases on the support website to locate it and you can then upload your system files there, this article explains how to attach those to your case,

Please follow the detailed instructions below!

  1. Uninstall the game files for Anno 1800 entirely.
  2. Completely clear out the Ubisoft Connect cache, then uninstall it.
  3. Reinstall Ubisoft Connect onto your primary hard drive, this should be your 😄 drive.
  4. When launching Ubisoft Connect, run it with administrator privileges.
  5. Install Anno 1800 again, making sure that you install it into the default location.
  6. Attempt to launch the game again.
