[2021] banned account

We are unable to review or change any account bans or suspensions via the forums.

 

For this you'll need to reach out to our Terms of Service team using these steps.

When a report is made, the team doesn't look through to determine who was "at fault" or take sides in an argument, but rather they'll look at whether the reported activity was a violation of the User Agreement. 

 

If the others involved had made inappropriate comments as well, please be sure you had reported them and their own comments will be investigated separately.

the only way of potentially getting your account unbanned is by contacting EA Support, who will direct the case to the Terms of Service team. They can review your ban once, but if it is found to be correct, and that you did violate EA's Terms of Service, there is nothing more that can be done.
