Unfortunately this was not the first action, there was indeed a temporary suspension in the past. 

 

If you're able to check back for any emails around June/July of last year as well as the more recent action, that should provide a bit more info as to why this took place.

 

If you're not seeing that you can try reaching out to support for more insight into the first suspension if you'd like, though it appears a slur similar to the one resulting in the recent action was used at the time, so this would be more informational and not result in either action being removed I'm afraid.

Once you have exhausted all appeals with our ToS team, that is final and cannot be changed.
