As @Kstan777 pointed out, if you reach out to our live support team, they can help you unlink your platform account so you can relink it back to your other EA account. Apex has always been finicky when it comes to unlinking, which is why it gets a special callout whenever unlinking is mentioned in our articles, or in the disclaimer itself.
