[2021] Question: How to get the ban details from EA Terms of Service teams?

I'm afraid we're unable to provide more specific information about our detection methods as that would help those looking to bypass those systems.

The most we're able to provide would be the general category mentioned initially.

That said, our Terms of Service team will review our records for everything that led to this account action if you submit an appeal. If you've already done this once and have heard back, you're welcome to submit another to have a new member of the ToS team review that action again.

The ToS team is the only one able to look into this further and we won't be able to change their decision in these matters or provide any additional information on the forums.
