Sorry to hear you've had this happen to you. That's a huge pain when you're just wanting to play some Apex, even before the missing coins.

 

In these cases what we're able to do is help re-secure the account and get you back into the game. I'm afraid we're not able to provide additional coins, and there's not a way to simply roll an account back as you're hoping, sadly.

 

I do see the advisor was able to help get 2FA added to the account as an extra security measure, which is great.

 

From there they advised a forum post not to have the coins granted, but to provide feedback on what's able to be done in these situations, apologies if that was unclear. I'll be sure to pass that along as I know it's a disappointment, but I'm glad to see you're at least able to get back into the game and account here.

That should not be an issue for this case since we've already gone through some steps to re-secure the account with you.

I'm not showing any other indication of this account being actioned at this point, but if you do run into any issues later on just let our ToS team know and they should be able to get that cleared up.
