Hello,

Since the last update I have the reaccurring issue of an infinite loading screen.

This always occurs when I join a game in progress, and the round changes while loading.

Everytime this happens, the game will not exit the loading screen and stall the match, until the program is closed by alt+f4 or other means.

Hey there Hand_of_Terror,

Sorry to hear you're having issues.

I'd advise verifying your game's files first

If this doesn't resolve the issue at all, it may also be worth checking your connection to the game

Thanks for getting back to me. Are you using an Nvidia graphics card? If so, did you try updating the drivers using the express method and then launching the game through the GeForce Experience?

If you have updated your drivers using the express method and launched the game through GeForce Experience as well as updated your CPU drivers, try the suggestions in this post. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
