If this has been over 24 hours and the coins still haven't appeared for you, you'll need to reach back out to an advisor to look into this further. I'm afraid we're not able to address account issues directly on the forums.

You'll also need a couple specific images of the proof of purchase available, so be sure you have that handy when contacting support again.
