[2021] Banned with no ban

If you're seeing any sort of ban or suspension message in-game, please be sure to submit an appeal with these steps:

The ban history page on the website shows specific account actions, but not all in-game actions appear there, sorry for any confusion that's caused.

 

While we're unable to review account actions on the forums, once you submit an appeal with the steps above our Terms of Service team will investigate and reach back out via email.

If your friend has been banned from the game, they'll need to create an appeal using the steps in my previous post so our Terms of Service team can investigate.

The ToS team will reach back out to your friend once they've had a chance to look over the account.
