The timestamp can change for a variety of reasons, most likely this was just when your case was sorted to a new queue on the backend of things for the appropriate team to investigate.
The main thing to keep an eye out for would be the status of the case itself, as you should be receiving an email once the team finishes the investigation and sends you a reply.
That should be reflected in your case history here as well as receiving the actual reply in your email.
