These can also take up to 24 hours to appear in some cases, especially if things are particular busy as with a season launch.

 

If those still haven't shown up after 24 hours please reach out to support with this proof of purchase information and they should be able to take a look for you.

If you've already attached these specific proof of purchase screenshots to your case, we  should be able to help out with this.

 

If the screenshots you've attached are in a different format or show different information than what's requested at that link, you can head over to your cases and get updated screenshots attached to make sure there aren't any issues.

 

You should be able to attach a new reply if your case shows "Waiting on player" to make sure the advisor doesn't need any other information from you. 

 

If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead to get this cleared up.

I understand, however if you still have not heard back please reach out to support again or use one of the other contact options above.

 

I would suggest using the chat option rather than email if possible. When creating a new case I'd suggest the Orders | Order not received option, which should give you the available options for your location.

 

This is not something we can investigate on the forums I'm afraid.

Sorry to hear you're still waiting on those Apex Coins. I do see you had those earlier cases opened but still haven't heard back.

 

I would suggest using one of our live support options rather than emails as those are typically a bit faster to have situations like this addressed.

 

When creating a new case, I would suggest using the options for Apex Legends  | [Platform] | Orders  | Order not received as that should give you the option for a chat or callback, depending on your area and the current time.

 

Alternatively you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead if either of those are options. Please be sure to have these screenshots available and they should be able to assist from that point, thanks!

While there can occasionally be a short delay when delivering coins, it shouldn't be more than 24 hours.

 

As @XHelperZ mentioned this is an issue being investigated, but support should still be able to make sure you get your coins in the meantime.

 

Please be sure you've created a case here to get in touch with support about this. If you prefer you can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead.

 

Whichever contact method you use, you'll also need this proof of purchase information for our team to verify, so please be sure you have those screenshots available when opening a case.

Hey @nikesvsjorden,

 

I do see you've had a couple live chats as well as a phone callback and some email cases, sorry to hear those haven't helped out thus far.

 

If you continue being disconnected mid-chat, you'll want to try power cycling your router and/or modem, or just using a different network altogether if that continues.

 

Please be sure you have these screenshots attached when creating a case so our advisors can look into this further, afraid that's not something we can investigate on the forums.

Just in case you only launched the game on Steam, please also use the EA app to open Apex on your account and check the coin balance again in the game. 

If that doesn't work, please gather proof of purchase, exactly as explained in this article on our website and get in touch with our support team for further assistance
