With the two patches that rolled out this weekend for Xbox and Windows 10, the connectivity issues players were experiencing when attempting to join servers should now be resolved. Thank you for your patience, survivors!
The patch is deploying in the next 15.
With this upcoming patch for XBOX, transfers and decay will be re-enabled.
