@ArkAddictExtrem I have brands that I stick with but generally, I just use protein and creatine as supplements. Sometimes a pre-workout. Other than that it's just eating good (and enough).

@ArkAddictExtrem 3-day split since I'm getting back up to speed. But normally a 5-day split. Split, if you're not familiar, just means what areas you are working before starting back at the top of the split.

@MyGarbageTakes Working out is more than an appearance thing for me. I literally need to for my health. Going 6 months + without working out is actually more detrimental for me right now.
