@ArksCoR @JayJdm87 I hate to see you go. I don't think we are struggling at the moment as everyone suggests. Statistically, ARK is doing fine (good even) and I thank our dedicated community for that.
But there are improvements we need to make. Hopefully our community sticks with us.

@HyperVortex12 They aren't meant to run on expansion launches. They never have. Looks like we'll be making an exception though!
@Gen_channel1115 Correct, we put out a message on launch day that it would be up to 72 hours. Those servers should be accessible shortly (few hours)

Followup: Thank you to all those who reported issues with being able to redeem Genesis on Win10/XBOX Play Anywhere. We've worked with Microsoft and I'm happy to report those issues are now resolved. Let me know if you are seeing otherwise.
Primitive+ servers will be taken down while we investigate complications with the latest Genesis patch. We'll keep you updated.
