@Stizzy611 @survivetheark I would put in a ticket and wait. And if a game is making me that unhappy I would stop playing it. Simple and plain. There are too many things in life to enjoy. If something is upsetting you put it down and pick it back up later. Just being real.
@Stizzy611 @survivetheark We do have a support team but it's arguably not big enough to deal with the voume of tickets we get. Tickets do take a while to resolve but I can assure you that the Customer Service team looks at all of them.
