Ahoy Pathfinders!

It’s here! Our Public Test Realm is now live and ready for all of you to dive into. This Captain’s Log will cut straight to it and provide more detail on our new claiming systems along with some information on our PTR.

We appreciate your patience as we prepared this megapatch to go out on the PTR: ATLAS 1.5 is an ambitious new chapter and we recognize that it has taken us some time, but as we’ve said before, we’re hardened adventurers and we’re looking forward to the fun and challenges that we’ll experience alongside you!

Claim Systems Overview

Our NA PvE network will be coming down in order to prepare for it to be released as a temporary PTR server on Monday so you can all test the PvE claiming system!

The PTR is now live! Information on the PTR along with a guide describing how to connect to the PTR via the Steam Beta Branch is available in the Captain's Log.

Unofficial will be made available this weekend, once we're sure there are no critical issues that need to be dealt with.

Build is good! We are preparing to deploy. Team need a bit more time, they anticipate 30 minutes, but it's finally happening. Deets on how you can get onto the PTR to be made available once servers are up. SGE + Json are already on github.

Okay, update time. So we have to cook another build, but not a full one thankfully.

The team believe if that's all good, we should be ready to deploy the servers in about an hour.

@IanWPG1 otherwise yeah i'd zip it

We have started to generate a release candidate and ASSUMING everything checks out, the team believe the PTR could be up in around 4 hours.

If checks don't pass, then we'll be iterating on a new build but fingers crossed this is it!

Have yet to begin cooking a release candidate, so we're still some hours out from the PTR launch. Don't really have a more 'specific' timeline to share then that.

I'll let you know the moment we start generating a release candidate, but keep in mind that doesn't guarantee a release within the next few hours as it can still have issues which result in us holding it back.

PTR is still going to be some hours out guys. The team expect to be generating a release candidate in ~1.5hrs, that itself will take another few hours and then it'll need to be verified and released. At a minimum we're looking at 4-5ish hours, but possibly more than that.

How To Join The PTR

Going on where we are at with QA at the moment, I think the PTR will be up either late tonight or in the early hours of Friday morning. Please don't wait up. When we're confident of a time, we'll share it with you all. I don't want to give an ETA because our ETA's need a buff.
