Patch Notes for V1.3.4 are up and include matchmaking improvements, improved offscreen attack indicators, and addresses missing or excess Skill Points. Patch should be available momentarily for PS4, Xbox One, and PC while Stadia is still TBD.
Patch V1.3.5 is currently well underway, as well.

Tachyon sure is a really good perk, i would suggest you experiment with it first ! that piece looks really good to me!
I wouldn't just get rid of the gear just yet. Because after looking at the screengrab it looks as though the perk is actually there it's just missing the perk title and description, you can see that it is a thor specific perk based upon the icon that is in the third slot. I'm guessing it is a "resource" issue. Like, the text is missing or using the wrong lookup id in the localization files.
I would like to know what it is supposed to be though. maybe u/CD_PhilT can let us know what the perk is.
I mentioned this in our stream earlier, i think the perk is working but the UI is just missing. I'm trying to confirm for you guys but don't get rid of that gear its likely doing its thing. I will update as soon as i can get the right information.

Thank you for the detailed update and transparency. The bundle is appreciated and will be helpful. Also, giving 1500 credits is nice. While it doesn't really represent any real financial "gift" to players, it is potential lost revenue for you when it comes to those players that would have bought those credits for skins.
I do have a couple comments and questions for what it is worth:
- Are weekly priority missions coming back? These were great for some player agency in going after named gear.
- Are there any plans around the loot and the RNG involved with it? Imo, there is just way too many slots of stats/perks that can roll on each piece. I would like to suggest one of the following: 1) Shower the players in loot drops (more than now) in order to have better chances at RNG that works in the players' favor, OR 2) Add a stat library/recalibration type of mechanic.

As for loot/rewards, that's an area the team is always looking at - especially the in-depth feedback here on Reddit. So while I can't give any specific details aside from what is mentioned in the blog, I can say we're reading feedback and working towards hitting that sweet spot of rewards feeling worth the challenge to get them.

It obviously does suck about the delays, but playing the game again after just a three week break I can feel the difference the game has already in stability. There's been a few more crashes than I remember, but loading into matches, earning gear, travelling through the Outposts faster now, its all very exciting because it gives me hope for the future of the game!
I really wanna thank the devs, this has been the biggest game I've been looking forward to for years, and its still really enjoyable to come back after a break and kick some AIM butt. I hope they're all coping well with their workloads and are enjoying their contributions, knowing its creating an awesome piece of work!
Just wanted to ask as well, will there be an October War Table Stream? It would be nic...
