@Eddi3Musician Patch V1.7.0 was for all platforms, and introduced the Red Room Takeover Event. We don't know what advice they gave you in their reply regarding that patch, but V1.7.0 would have applied to your PS4 Pro console as well. Pinging the team about this now for more information.
