Probably can't confirm, but is there any reason not to dismantle these bugged pieces. Will a patch ever make the low stats better on gear in our inventories?

*EDIT* The answer is no. These items won't be retroactively fixed when the patch drops, we wish it was possible but the way the loot is created it needs to be rolled to get its values. You can safely dismantle these. Sorry about that, wish it was a better answer.

Hi, everyone! Happy October! Hope everyone is staying safe in these trying times.
I wanted to jump in here to hopefully provide a bit more insight into future patches and communication.
Firstly, we’re always working on future patches – usually looking 2-3 patches ahead, and scheduling where bug fixes, tuning, and new features will fall. At launch we dropped weekly patches to address urgent bugs and feedback, but that will likely change to a slightly longer cycle so we can implement more meaningful tuning and features, which require extensive testing. That doesn’t mean we won’t work towards hotfixes if needed, though! As for timing of our next patch, we are aiming for it to go live next week.

We see everything and i personally escalate issues constantly based on what you guys are reporting. I don't have the time to reply to everything but i can tell you that i document and escalate a LOT of issues to make sure they get to someone to get fixed. I just want to say that i greatly appreciate everyone reporting things, i get that sometimes its out of frustration but i respect the time and effort and least i can do is make sure it does some good.
Phil - can the reddit community get maybe a post about where everything is at, what type of activities are upcoming? We didn't even get a weekly blog this week? Honestly - that might have taken two hours tops of someone's time to put together. What's going on? I know you guys are busy but the lack of communication makes me want to move onto a new game.
Its not a lack of time to write it, we are trying to get confirmations on things so we can communicate. I understand you guys want more communications, truly I do. Doing everything we can to get that going as fast as possible.

We have had designers looking at items to ensure this doesn't happen again, i understand the frustration that's rough. I don't have a confirmation on when that patch will be released but we're trying to get it ready as fast as possible.
There are technical challenges to making him functional as a HARM room starter but ill look into it, might have some ideas.

You can also fight near them, if they are glowing with a green outline they are being healed. It's not really explained anywhere but i figured i'd add that to your great tip!

We have some good QOL changes coming for that, should be able to confirm when its landing in the short term, soon as i get a confirmation on it i will update!
We have people actively working on some of these issues, what you are suggesting makes a lot of sense and in fact we do employ some of these methods but one of the hard to figure out bugs we are tracking involves these failsafes not functioning as expected.
