I understand your frustration, and promise we are working incredibly hard behind the scenes to resolve the most pressing issues, and looking into tuning/QoL additions.

While we are working to show our commitment to you through actions, I understand the importance of constant communication, and I'm sorry that it looks like we've gone silent or have disappeared. We try to balance our time across social media, DMs, Discord, and here. I've asked my team to spend a bit more time here on Reddit - as we know most of our most devoted players live here.

We are working on getting another patch out by the end of the week. I'm trying to get a preview of patch notes prior to then.

Found that one, thanks for the report. Will test the fix a bit to be sure but it should be fixed in game soon. I will update here when it is.

Mega wall of text incoming! There were many requests for more insight into how the Gear & loot system in the game works. Hopefully the below helps to clarify many of your questions! :)

*Please note, the loot system is very likely to evolve over time in response to player feedback and content adjustments. When we make changes, we will ensure transparency through updates and patch notes.

GEAR

Gear is at the heart of the loot system and are non-cosmetic upgrades unique to each Hero. When equipped, Gear influences a player’s Power Level and core competences.

Power Level: Your Power Level makes you stronger. Increasing your Power Level results in higher Melee, Ranged & Heroic damage. It also increases your Defense. Your Power Level is determined by the average of all the Gear you have equipped.
