So I buy a server for my clan of 500. We all play together and love it. But now we have to go play for a new ToW and have to abandon our server to go back to playing on a DICE server? Makes zero sense.

I could even purchase additional servers for game modes that are required in ToW, potentially bringing people to my community server and making my community better. But now I cant do that either.

I miss procon.

They got spotted by your teammates then. Im talking about the "personal" auto spotting. 3d spotting in general is definitely not perfect and in some case its straight up broken, but its probably the best compromise of spotting we got now.

Lol you obviously haven't played the patch yet.

Stealth better next time maybe? Stealth requires you to be out of lines of sight, not abusing bad visibility. Anyway, the auto spotting or show nametag only works up till 28 meters and you have to be in the crosshair placement of someone. If you got spotted by someone that you tried to sneak up on him, its probably your fault.

You're not getting it. If you stealth up to a tank now, and they are in 3rd person you're immediately spotted before you even get to them. Even through smoke. It's all over the rest of the sub and Twitter.

Welcome back to the battlefield that started it all. Welcome back to Wake Island.

As Chapter 5: War in the Pacific continues, we’re now deploying our reimagination of what is arguably the most iconic Battlefield map ever. As you fight for control over land, air, and sea on this horseshoe-shaped classic, we hope you’ll enjoy both the nostalgia and the new improvements.

Wake Island will be set live for all players on December 12.

Chapter XP? Just set a cap.

Yes, boosting is always an issue on these servers. My community has run servers back to BF3 and boosting is a concern. Even if you cap it, someone could start a server and boost up...delete that server and move on.

That being said, I think there are logical ways around this issue that perhaps DICE would consider going forward in future versions of Community Games.

- Password protected and Non-Stock Servers do not receive solider XP, ToW or Chapter XP (Much like the BF1 model)

- Servers would need a specific population count before XP would be enabled.

- Put creating servers after deleting them on a cool-down timer

These are just some ideas off the cuff without too much thought. I know there is a way around this is the point I am making, I am hoping DICE reviews this and changes course in future versions.
