I've asked this many times before and I will keep asking about it until we get a response.
When can we expect the Chapter 4 cosmetics to show up? I understand why the guns aren't here yet, but the cosmetics on the other hand. What about all the other cosmetics shown in-game on your promo art and screenshots?
Where is all this promised content? We are more than 1 year down the line and something as simple as the red berret for the British is STILL not available for purchase. Why are you doing this to us DICE, what is the point?
A lot of the cosmetics for Chapter 4 were focused on the 5v5 mode - as I've previously stated. That mode was cancelled. The team is looking at how they can implement them into the main game - as I've also previously stated. I am sorry if you've missed those responses in the past, but I won't be answering the question again until I have a different answer, like "HEY! They're coming XXX date."
Community Games "wasn't the whole point of the livestream".
The livestream was focused around the next update - and had we gotten final approvals on the Community Games details, it would have been discussed more.
We have not yet - and we're working on it (even though today is a holiday and I'm up at 7:36AM PST answering questions on Reddit and in the Twitch stream).
The Livestream was a joke. /u/Braddock512 Spent all stream putting people in Timeout for asking about Anti Cheat, team balance, Bugs or 5.2.

Yesterday, I have read that we finally get an info on this fairly looong promised feature... which should have happened a long time ago... Waited all day long for any on this... Now i come here and have read this "updated timing"...
Delay incoming! Once again ... Private/community games info postponed ...as you do all the time, first it should be coming in september.. Then delayed, you've promised a blog in october.. But nooo. It will happen in november, now on wednesday, but noooo again delayed to maybe tomorrow, but it's holiday so... soon... It could be... IF approved... But who knows... and then you will tell us that its coming... with 5.2, where noone knows when this will come, and the games feature in maybe day1 maybe later... 5.2 can mean anything... or piece by piece... or half of it... Or its just crap...cant be finished yet..

Community Games is coming in the next update. The next update is scheduled for the beginning of December. We don't have the date locked until it passes Certification and 1st Party (Xbox/PS) approvals.
And the delay of the Broadcast is unfortunate (and I understand your frustration), but necessary to ensure we have the latest details and correct information available.

Thanks for the info, good news. Will Community games have a separate section in main menu and will there be any matchmaking to community servers (at least to help with the server starting) ?
How people can join to community servers if servers are empty and server owner is on holidays? Will there be a separate part in the favourites where you can "spawn in" to community server and start it without the server creator being there first?
