Not sure why you summoned me since I don't drive the design. What I can say is that we are continuously looking into balancing the mmg gameplay. In 4.6 we added a pretty strict aiming constraint to proned players, in future patches we might implement more changes to steer the mmg gameplay in a better direction. Can't do any promises, but we are reading all the feedback posted online (usually react to them as well) and we are aware of the sentiment regarding these hot topics.

Hi, just wanted to notify the DICE team that there’s a bug, where if you equip an outfit for the Scout class then it equips it for all classes, in short I can’t make my classes look different to each other at the moment, dunno if anyone else has this bug, just wanted to let you know :)
Not a bug. Soldier customization is linked to the characters. If you have Helmut as your Recon, and use Helmut for Assault, he’ll have the same customization. Switch characters for each class to have different customization.
Can we get multiple company presets so we can customize for Urban, Forest, Snow and Desert based encounters? I have all these cosmetics and I cant enjoy them because I can only equip a few at a time :(
I feel ya, for sure. One of the recent updates enabled you to set your "preset" (for lack of a better term) based on the soldier. Example: You customize Helmut to have winter gear. No matter what class he's in, Helmut will have winter gear. So if you set him as Assault and are on Fjell, but want to switch to Support, select Helmut. (It's sorta like a preset, but not 100%. TL;DR - set up your customization for biomes based on the soldier characters.)

Speaking of emblems, I cannot seem to get mine to show on either vehicles or weapons. Is there any fix to get them showing in-game?

Is it connected to previous platoon emblems? Can anyone help me?
Currently (and I don't know if it's going to change), if you a representing a platoon, the platoon emblem overrides any personal emblem.
So, the workaround is... don't represent a platoon.
(I've been trying to get info on how we can address this - it's more of a quality of life thing rather than a critical issue, to be totally honest, but I totally understand the importance many folks place on this.)

More info on chapter 5 during Battlefest.. well that's not that unlikely, considering chapter 5 (is) the follow-up. If we get to see a trailer, or some extended information depicting some details surrounding the coming chapter within the next couple of weeks that'd be fully satisfactory.
