I'm starting to think that the CM figure is a DICE shaddy tactic to give the impression that they care, It wouldn't surprise me that this is just a part time job for Braddock and that he is actually a full time Carpenter or something like that

I have been a carpenter in the past. I have worked in HVAC, I was a house painter, I was a bartender for 13 years, a substitute middle school teacher, a mechanic. But I've been working for EA for 10 years and specifically on the Battlefield franchise (from Forum Admin on Battlelog to CM today) for 9 years.
Thing is that I may be feed up of you agreeing with our opinion while at the same time nothing get fixed, you need to understand that you may be looking to relief our frustration with your coments, but believe me here mate, deeds speak louder than words, and some far I barely seen any good happening to this game, did you guys felt like you did a good job with any of your chapters? this almost feels like a psychological study to see how much a costumer can be mistreat.
I understand what you're saying, but let me clarify. I do agree with a lot of what the community says, but that doesn't mean I'm in the decision-making position. I share the feedback with the folks that make the decisions and have to relay that information back to you all. Without snark or sass, what do you expect me to do when you say "deeds speak louder than words"? Have you ever had a job where you are NOT the decider of things but you still have to get the job done? Again, I'm not being sassy, but the expectation that a Community Manager makes the decisions of game development and the path of the game is a uninformed at best.
And me sharing the fact that I do agree with some of the things the community has said isn't a ploy, it isn't to "make friends", and it isn't a "psychological study". Freeman and I have both pushed to get the Rare items removed from the BFC bundles, but these are the bundles as they exist now.
That being said, he and I are both driving for a change in the Armory and Company that reduces the occurrence and opens up some past items in the Company. Nothing to share yet, but we absolutely understand where y'all are coming from (and I definitely agree with the constructive feedback we've received.)

Any thoughts on nerfing planes or buffing AA weapons?
Fed up being on a team opposite a pilot with 100+ kills and zero deaths because there is no way to bring them down.
The OHK issue with some planes is addressed in the next update.
Given that the upcoming May patch is going to contain both the April and May patch stuff, can we expect it to be a larger than usual update? Or is the plan to roll out mostly the April stuff with some May add-ons? And (understandable if you can't confirm) will the break between Chapter 6 & 7 be extended due to the circumstances, or will it be the standard between chapters times?

Yep, as noted in the calendar above.
It's part of an EA wide initiative (as well as the overall games industry) during the current pandemic to help keep people inside and playing games while they're under shelter-in-place restrictions. We just want people to play video games and stay healthy.
It will help out a lot of doubts aside if they give us something like is there a new map coming or what are the plans on chapter 7. We need at least a sneak preview.
I totally understand you're wanting info on what's next - Chapter 7 and so on. While I have nothing I'm at liberty to share today, there are approvals going on for a blog with more details.
Would be great to really get some support for #FridayNightBattlefield again. Used to be very popular in past years; however, it has really decreased in popularity. Doesn't matter which platform you play on, get in there and play with some of the best community members, EA employees, DICE devs, DICE friends, and many more! Lots of fun and you can get to know some other people with similar interests!
