I have recently been banned in Rainbow Six Seige for Cheating on multiple occasions.First off I would like to say, I have not cheated. My name on Rainbow Six Siege is Spelig, I sent a ticket to Ubisoft support but received this message: "Even after the investigation of your account, the breach of the code of conduct could be confirmed. Therefore the ban won't be lifted. Please keep in mind that support has no ability to overturn a ban placed on your account following the denied appeal." I am wondering if this has happened to anyone else and how they resolved the issue. If this issue can't be resolved I am infuriated at how poorly the anti-cheat system is setup. I don't understand how I have been banned for doing absolutely nothing but playing the game under the code of conduct .I have not installed any 3rd party programmes. What I find confusing is that I played Rainbow 6 Siege a few days ago, everything is fine and then I login today, everything is still fine and I go to look for an un-ranked match, in the middle of the banning phase I get banned by the game for "Cheating on multiple occasions".
Please help me resolve this issue, and for the last time I WAS NOT CHEATING.

Since your appeal has been denied, there is nothing further that can be done. We wish you luck with your future gaming endeavors.

Hey there,

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with support questions specific to blocked accounts through our Answers HQ forums. Instead, our Terms of Service team can help you with that. If you would like more information about the status of your account in relation to a sanction, I recommend that you create a ticket for this via the following steps listed here: https://help.ea.com/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/.

Since we cannot answer these questions via the forum, we are closing this topic.

Thank you.
