For the record - since my Tweet from the other day was taken out of context, what I've covered there was a very specific case:
Showdown win-rate calculations works slightly different because definitions are different (is a winner only #1, or more?) etc. - we're balancing based mainly (read: not only) on pick rates on high trophies, looking at different game modes, taking feedback from pros and content creators into consideration, etc.
The post was mainly a reaction to Edgar being overwhelming when in practice, factually, he's not - that's why I also picked a rediculous example (ex. Poco) to compare against. 😂
If you follow most of my posts, this also doesn't mean that we will or will not nerf/buff Edgar. It's a different discussion altogether.
