Hi Dani, Thank you very much for the replies on this post! Would you be so kind to clarify the MM criteria for Club League power and normal matches as well?
Hi Dani, Thank you very much for the replies on this post! Would you be so kind to clarify the MM criteria for Club League power and normal matches as well?
Ah yeah! Those are similar to Power League, it uses your Club rank to look for opponents, so it looks at 2 ranks up and 2 ranks down (meaning a diamond I can be match with gold II, gold III, diamond I, diamond II, and diamond III). But it tries to prioritize finding an opponent at the same rank as your club first
Dani, thank you so much. This is WAY more than I asked for. I salute you. This is eye opening. I am probably salty from losing streaks and remember them more strongly than winning streaks or positive moments, you are correct.
Wow, i know my posts get downvoted to death due to my saltiness, but i wish everyone could read this. I have copy/pasted onto my notepad to look at from time to time if i get confused.
I will also pass this on to my son and friends.
THANK YOU.
I might even try some events and PL again, as i have ceased for some time.
I am so impressed. You are excellent at your job. Please forgive my tone.
I will not post crap like this anymore.
It seems you’ve read that when the formatting was a mess, haha, so sorry about that
This IS NOT meant to shut down your posts or your comments, you are always welcome to criticize anything we do and we do believe this is really valid. We also understand that venting is a crucial part of life and keeping negative feeling to yourself is also harmful. We just ask that when you do comment something negative, you put the anger aside… and if you are still angry while writing it, then maybe it would be the best to not post it. I’ve done this mistake multiple times in my life already, so I know how it feels :p
But anyway, I do appreciate the compliment though! :) And i guess if I could summarize this whole thing in one line, I’d recommend you to find a group of friends/players and keep playing together constantly, you would probably see your winning rate increasing in no time!
If Dani piper gets in, then I’m cool with the rest
Read moremake it make sense, dani. Ive been a happy clash of clans player for 8 years.
Here, brawl stars is more infuriating and confusing in comparison.
I’ll word it in clash terms: i get on brawl stars and it’s like you’re forcing newer players, town hall 7s, to face opponents who are town hall 12.
ALL. THE. TIME. If you’d like, i can start sending you screenshot proof of badly lopsided games. It’s CONSTANT. It’s obvious within 15 seconds that my team of relative trophy totals 15k-25k (1 year experience or less) is facing veterans (30-50k total EACH).
I’m certain you understand the VAST differences in experience of a 1 year player vs a 2-3 year player.
It wasnt that bad until you added that update earlier this year that you claimed “took into consideration total trophies.” It didn’t seem to work, dani. It made things worse. My son and his friends quit almost immediately. “I keep losing!”
He was the cash cow of our family btw, i stopped ...
I see... I'm gonna try a different strat here since it seems you are already prepared not to accept my replies as in "the dev team won't be transparent about it, so I’ll make some statements that are not Brawl specific and that can be proven if you just Google it around. So it’s not only me saying, it’s other devs and articles elsewhere, but to start, I think it worth mentioning the different MM we have in Brawl:
Trophy Ladder - total trophies serve as tiers, but the MM is mainly based on Brawler trophies, so it's normal to see 700 Brawler trophies from 20k/30ktrophies Players in the same match, as long as their brawlers have a similar number of trophies
Challenges - are based on the number of victories and losses, that's why the first matches are not recommended to play alone (because it's very chaotic, since literally, anything goes)
Power League - Is based on your Power League rank and doesn't consider an...
