It seems like a bug indeed! Could you (or the other affected players) share any other information that might be useful? We'll need:
- Your player tag
- Did you join or leave the Club after the Club Quests were active?
- Were you affected by the bug that didn't start the Club Quests for you before we fixed it with the maintenance?

I don’t actually know, but it seems there’s something wonky with the website. I’ve reported already, but I believe a fix would come only next week! Then we can approve this one :)
