My favourite memory of this subreddit has been that of Rick (the CM) replying to one of my posts. It made me feel special as I had come to believe after reading a lot of people here say that the CR team was neglecting feedback from the player base and was not even seeing the posts on this subreddit. I am now sure that the devs are still working to make the game successful again. 500,000 subscribers is a proof of that. Congratulations!

Thank you but as we speak the hackers are in actions. Do put a swift end to their actions to prevent further destress to other clans. A clan hack affect 50 or more people. 4k clan don't just appear out of thin air.

Find it funny that supercell bans people for things like refunds but you can go ahead and break into people’s accounts and mess up their clans and get absolutely no punishment 😂
Make no mistake, the ban hammer comes down hard on people who steal accounts. In this particular case => permanent ban
That being said, as in any system or process, nothing is fool proof, but we're getting closer and closer. Most importantly we constantly work on the account retrieval process.
