So you are referring to from datamined or early versions of that weapon? The final version of that weapon should not have any special spoken sound effects like that. Was it advertised anywhere by us? If so, we'd like to correct that.

Hey, so we were looking into that a bit after all of the comments here about Lightweight and we can't tell exactly when it become something folks here disliked. We see some old posts, some new posts, and quite a bit of discussion to the point where not everyone seems to think it is too weak. Anyways, happy to push that up to the team as feedback but any extra context about that would be lovely and appreciated!

Also, for Quick Fix that is intentional for balance reasons to try make it too not powerful. We aren't aware of any plans to change that, but as with any feedback please feel free to share and voice that feedback anytime (just like this), and we'll always try our best to make our teams are aware of that.

  1. Yes, if they are both using the "default" voice then that is normal. However, neither of those operators have the default voice or the same voice actor. Sounds like a bug or just weird similarity? Is that the only specific time you are hearing the same VO overlap for them?
  2. No news on any Aether camo changes at the moment. Sorry.
  3. Soon hopefully! We have some changes coming to this system and more ways to choose what is manual/automatic in the future. However, some aspects of the "automatic" side of things will always be there, but we agree that it is a little wonky at the moment and needs some improvements.

Hey there, thanks for bringing this to our attention! Just for clarity do you mean the unique firing sounds of the weapon? We will ping the team to see if that is intended or not, and if not get them working on a fix. Just so they have all the info, when did you first notice its missing sound? From the moment you got it? Also, is the sound missing across all graphical settings for you? Thanks!

Hey there! Hmmm, yeah we had reported a ton of missing VO last season, sorry to hear there are some stilling missing their voices. We'll ping the team to let them know these two still need a fix, thanks for the callout! Also, appreciate the feedback about the default look option, the team is always looking for ways to make our weapons look great while integrating with various blueprints so I'll pass that along.

Is it possible to look into an enhancement request to include banned reasons in these messages? I find that a lot of times people post ban appeals here and the community just started making assumptions either way - whether it's a mass report, or they actually cheated, etc etc... I think it wouldn't hurt to include that info since it won't benefit actual hackers to know they've been caught anyways. But for the false positives at least they can get an idea why?

We actually tried to push up exactly that quite some time ago (back in 2020) to have some ban related info given, or even an appeal button, but in the end it was essentially against what the security team wanted. The appeal button had a lot of caveats to it, but for the information it is kept specifically vague because of the concern that if someone knew why they were banned they could circumvent it the next time or with a new account.

For instance, we would never want to say "we detected you were using X software and given a ban" since that would make it relatively easy for someone to alter their behavior and cheating software they are using to get around detection. It's surprisingly complicated, but for the community here we wish there was still some basic info given to help explain.

That would be very cool but also probably decimate some phones haha. This is one of our main challenges though and something we are always spending quite a bit of effort on trying to figure out - optimizing the game client and growth of the game while also trying to reduce or slow down the install size increase season after season.

If your friend received a ban that is that long (essentially a lifetime ban) then it isn't the result of mass reports or anything like that. While we can't generally talk about specifics, or even tell someone why they are banned per our policy, these types of long-term bans are not random. With that said, still happy to check and make sure there isn't that 0.01% chance that something is off with this ban.

Could you share their UID or username (case sensitive)? Also, please note they have to be from the global version of the game and we can't check for Garena, Korea, or China.

Agreed! That WWII version of Shipment just feels unique for some reason. We will hopefully have some good excuses to bring it back someday though, it just depends on whether or not it fits the themes of the season or events going on.

1) Kill Combo effects don't work properly on the 3rd Final Skin (after fully upgrading the weapon) 2) 4x Combo Kills of the normal skin is missing a blue effect as it shows in the menu 3) 3rd Muzzle Effect is missing its falling crystals when hipfiring. 4) Some Menu Visual Bugs. 5) It used to make a unique angelic sound when we were equipping it or looting it from the airdrop. It was only for the Airdrop Custom Loadout.
