Hello!

We are in the process of retroactively granting players their Battle Pass XP as noted on Trello.

This process is automatic and still ongoing at the time of this writing. (November 27th @ 7:55 PM PT)

NOTE: The retroactive refund of Battle Pass XP will be for the amount that a player should have earned before any Double Battle Pass XP tokens were applied. Double Battle Pass XP tokens used during this time will be refunded after Battle Pass XP has been retroactively granted.

There will be a retroactive refund of Battle Pass XP for the amount that a player should have earned before any tokens were applied. Tokens used during this time will be refunded.

We were just able to confirm that we will soon retroactively grant players the XP they would have earned for time played in matches from launch until the fix was deployed.

Hey there! We released a fix today which should address the unlock issue for non-blueprint weapons. Can you make sure that you're not using a blueprint while attempting to unlock?

This was an intended change. Exfils now have a two minute cooldown after activation.

We frequently monitor and investigate stability issues, but we did observe players abusing exploits which resulted in match instability and some players did manage to create server disconnects.

We have a fix scheduled that will allow Players to complete the Golden Enigma and Golden Ivory Completionist Camos with non-blueprint weapons.

Our teams continue investigating this Completionist Camo issue and are committed to releasing a fix at a later date that allows blueprint weapons to be completed. We thank everyone for your patience and the messages we received regarding weapon configurations while we continue investigating.

Trying to reproduce. Basically when you go to Jansen mission (star exfil), the heli appears, you go on board. But the mission lobby / next stage doesnt trigger, instead the heli disappears (like it is supposed to) but instead of you getting to next stage, you just drop back to map.

I've seen other reports of this as well. Falling below surface happens when you then do normal exfil, heli disappears again, and you fall through surface if you're outside mission area when this happens.
