It seems like an odd issue that could point to a myriad of causes.

That I can think of from the top of my head, it could either be related to some overheating (you should check your CPU and GPU temperatures while running the game), some drivers perhaps acting up (updating your GPU drivers could help), disabling Geforce Experience if you have it installed (Other players reported this program causing issues for them) or ensuring that there is enough space in your hard drive (100Gb of extra space in the disk drive you have the game installed should ensure you don't run into any issues).

Unsubscribing from any mods you might have installed in the past (from the Steam Workshop) should also ensure there's no mod files in the background disrupting anything. Also remember to check the integrity of the game files in Steam just in case there's something corrupted in there, and to see if there is anything running in the background that could be causing this ...

Our team is considering adding some extra AI settings for friendly thralls. There's nothing really set in stone at this moment but we're listening :)

How to Take Screenshots on Console

We understand that the process can be easier on PC so here is some help on how to do it for console.

PS4

1. Press the Share button on your PS4 controller for at least one second.

2. This will open up the share menu. Here, press the triangle button to save the screenshot. If you want to discard the screenshot, press the circle button on the PlayStation 4 controller.

3. Once you have your screenshot(s) captured, navigate over to the Capture Gallery, and find the Conan Exiles folder. Press the Option button on the PS4 controller and select Copy to USB Storage Device.

4. Select the screenshots you want to transfer and copy them over. Once copied over you can easily attach them to an email on your computer.

Xbox

All right. I am currently travelling but it sounds like they are on the case. That sounds very weird, too :( sorry to hear they are having issues.

What is happening with the ones who cannot play? What is the issue?

Oh, that issue in particular is the one our team is actually looking into right now. We've been gathering some reports and info from our community for the past week and sending it to our devs as it was extremely unreliable and difficult to find a repro case for it. We hope to be able to share good news about it soon, but until then we appreciate your patience!

Is your purge bar filling up correctly? We've had a few reports of some players struggling to trigger a purge.

We have one server per mode and region on Testlive. Some players also prefer to run their private servers on the Testlive build.

Live official servers are not usually accessible through Testlive as they usually run on a different build version, though.

This just genuinely made me tear up. Thanks so much for sharing this. I am the first to admit that we're not perfect and we make mistakes but the whole team has been working very hard on Conan Exiles and everything linked to it.

We're growing and improving not only the game but also as a company and a big part is looking at feedback and input from our community. It has been a privilege to work with our players and collecting constructive input. There is still a lot of improvement potential and looking at feedback is incredibly important. It can be hard and painful at times and we might not always be able to react to everything as fast as we would want to. However, as mentioned, the whole team is and has been working hard on all aspects of the game.

It's really rewarding and encouraging to get positive feedback we can take back to the team. Super appreciated, thank you again for taking the time to share this :)

We know :( For really big patch notes, Reddit's character limit makes us have to split the notes in a ton of messages. That's why we usually link to the patch notes in our forums at the top :)

Regarding the player list, it's is an issue our team is aware of and we'll release a fix for it in an upcoming patch

It's still undergoing a few rounds of testing on Testlive and some private servers. Once we're confident about its performance and reliability, we'll roll it out live to all servers.
