QA are asking for a bit of info if you have it just to try and reproduce getting this item. Do you remember where on the map you got it from? Was there any sort of lootbag present when you saw the item? Did you get it from a lootbag or simply added to your inventory when mining? And what's the name of the server? We can look into the DB and see if that gives us any extra info. Thank you!
