This is a work in progress build and as such, neither of the changes and implementations found in it are final. Neither is the patchnotes document, which will be updated, corrected and completed over the Public Beta Client period to better reflect the work in progress nature of this build.

We appreciate your patience while we try to troubleshoot this issue.
Could you perform one last test before we proceed?

Please delete the following files
In:
Steam\steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

you should delete “Input.ini”

And in:

steamapps\common\Conan Exiles\ConanSandbox\Config

you should delete “DefaultInput.ini”.

Once both are deleted completely, try to verify files and once it’s done give it a try in-game.

Thank you for your reply. When you check the keybindings settings what do you see in the attack slot if you restore it to default?

Have you tried to reassign the key to the LMB itself again?
