Could you please provide us with your database/game file from before and after the bases were lost?
You should be able to find these files in the Saved folder for Conan Exiles.

Please make sure you check the integrity of the Steam files to make sure that none of them have been corrupted.
You can check this by right clicking on Conan Exiles in Steam, selecting properties, local files, verify integrity of game files.

We are aware of this issue where some stacked placeables are losing stability. Our teams are currently looking into this and hope to be able to improve the stacked placeables in one of our future updates so please keep an eye out for that.

Are you seeing this issue only in this region? Are you able to build foundations properly in a different section of the map?
Also if possible, please provide us with the coordinates of this location where the foundations are not placed properly. This will help the team with the investigation.
