Yeah, Amazon Web Services are reporting widespread outages, and it does appear Funcom Live Services (among a lot of other things on the internet, including XBL/PSN) have been affected. Looking into the matter, and thank you for your patience.

The Krampus Gate flings open once more, ushering an invasion of the vile Krampus - defeat them and take the battle to Niflheim itself. Hel, queen of Niflheim, returns in two forms: one as the guardian of her realm, and another as an hourly public raid in Agartha.

A reason why this might not be working is when the game is installed on the non windows drive (ie windows is on C: and Conan Exiles was installed on D:)

Has this issue started after the latest 2.7 update?
Are you able to access any other servers (ex: official servers, single player, etc)?

Regarding finding your server, please make sure you check your filters at the top of the screen. You should be able to customize the server view to only show you the servers you want to find.

We’ve just released a new update for the PlayStation platform. This update will fix the parity issue from patch 2.7.

Conan Exiles and Conan Outcasts will now be on the same version and cross-play between these two is available again.
