Okay wow, a couple things. You made this?!?!? Holy crap that is beautiful!! I'm gonna share this on our internal chats and give them a nudge nudge wink. I don't think something like this would be completely off the table and you make a good case. ;D Someone already mentioned this but there is a dive in game. Though not exactly the same of course. Thank you for reaching out to us. Could you share some additional information?

  • Which Xbox model do you have?

  • Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HDD?

  • Is the console stable while playing other demanding games?

In the meantime, here are some steps that might help you. Please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following:

Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnect it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading it into your SP session.

Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

The issue with the database was corrected. And with it, there was a rollback to before the situation started to avoid replicating the issue further.

We hope everything works as intended from now on.

New hotfix available (2024.01.16)



  • Removed a method for creating floating ceilings
  • Addressed several undermesh locations and a method for travel from undermesh bases



  • New server setting: BuildingValidationEnabled (true/false) - false by default
  • Setting this to “true” will upon server startup destroy any building piece with no stability
  • Note to server admins: consider carefully whether to turn this on or not, and perhaps testing locally first, as constructions made before more recent bug fixes might be impacted
